That's discussed.
The excellent and extensive cross-government work that completed in January, overseen by you, me and the Chancellor, confirmed the scale of the challenge and the rising demands on defence.
Now, why that's interesting to me is that this was almost like a done deal almost in January.
And they agreed what they needed to do in January, but it's taken till now for them to fall out this spectacularly.
And it's taken a long time.
