And just kind of beginning to tell yourself a little bit of a different story.
Like, I have always had this very, like, negative internal monologue.
It's very self-critical.
And I guess for a while I thought, like,
I wasn't sure if it was like everybody else has this or nobody else has this.
You know, I don't know what you think about this, but I always had this like I was always being very critical of myself.
And I learned something to do about that was I can't always silence it.
Like it's just it's just there.
It's been there for a long time.
But what I can do is kind of add to it and just add this counterpoint of, OK, well, you know, you have figured things out.
so maybe you can figure this thing out too.
And this, this thing did not go well, but that's okay.
Cause here's a few other things that have gone well.
And you know, you've, you've been here before.
Right.
No, that's good.
I don't know a way to catch myself beforehand.
It's more like when it's happening.
