This guy, he's obsessed with getting great.

You know, he came in at first, and it was like, you know, I told him, Dylan, we had a young group.

We're going to need you to lead.

And he said, Coach, let me earn the guy's respect first.

And it did not take long.

I mean, they saw how he was a relentless worker, his work ethic, how he was a gym rat.

He was around the facility all the time.

And it didn't take long before the guys were like, this guy's different.

He was a different individual each and every day.

Relentless in his approach.

Obsessed.
