But the penalties there tend to be among the most severe.

We had a case in Florida, Polk County as well.

Guy got busted.

And a lot of times they find child pornography, CSAM, on the phones.

And that enhances the charges.

And we had one guy whose phone they found porn on, and they said, we'll give you a 10-year plea deal.

It's a pretty good sentence.

And he said, no, I want to go to trial.

He got convicted on all counts, and the judge sentenced him to mandatory minimum life, natural life in prison.
