There's less to think about.
I think there's some advantages of being on the road also.
He improves every line he goes to.
Whether it's the first, second, third, or fourth line, he has always improved it.
And a lot of it is just being able to play simple.
He's a good player.
He has good skills.
You saw on his goal, he catches a knuckler pass, catches it, releases it right away, and puts it in a really small area.
Obviously, you see the physicality.
He's responsible defensively.
Yeah, he brings everything.
You know, I think there's a lot of guys that fight to play with Bud Colson because of everything he brings.
Chris, do you think the officials had a view where they could tell that that was a goal in real time?
Because that was the call on the ice.
Is that the way that was communicated to you?
uh yeah i didn't get any communication um i thought um it was um yeah i i can't see it going in i can't see the line you can't see any space between the blue line and you see a lot of uh well similarly talk about the blue line offsides there's been many times where i've seen all this is offside and you know they don't have the absolute proof of it i thought that was going to be the call today also
Yeah, I guess the goal call on the ice was probably about 60 to...
90 seconds after, maybe even more.
You know, they huddled and they got to the center ice and then they made the call that it was a good goal.
So, I don't know.
