Some players want to have a good experience in playing college and make a career in another pathway.
But I think the value of navigating all these different opportunities and pathways for individual players up the pyramid is that what you just laid out is all happening here.
The player that wants to seek that professional outlet can do so in this environment.
The player that's sold
Wants to play in college can do so in this environment.
Maybe a player doesn't want to play in college and they just want to have a really good youth experience because it builds them as a well-rounded human being and they can have that in this environment.
So while there's many challenges in in terms of the environment, and I think Ronnie spoke about you know the fragmentation of the youth pathway, you can look at our environment here and say that regardless of what route you
What?
you want to potentially go, you have the opportunity to achieve that here.
Yeah, absolutely.
And I think uh the the main goal was to provide some clarity, right?
You know, as we talk about the opportunities for clubs to move up the pyramid and and that that team-based structure will will still have many clubs with multiple age groups competing in it to the where you can evaluate their success on the field.
And I think one of the the main goals of our organization has been to reward performance on the field and now having that
pathway and the clear understanding of having success at one level will likely give you the opportunity to be at least evaluated for the next level is important to have.
And I think it's important to have the the postseason aspect with the conference league.
You know ultimately there's a lot of leagues across the country in terms of you just play the league and there's a champion at the end of it and that's it.
I think the postseason atmosphere that you see behind us here
Um the players want to work towards something at the end of the season and then having that conference league uh playoff structure in place is very important.
I mean I like you said, you know, coming in it was more so just trying to understand how this space works.
While I was in the industry for twenty plus years at at the club level, it's completely different being behind the curtain now and understanding um, you know, previously my knowledge was relatively New Jersey and Northeast based in terms of what works and what doesn't work.
