And now you have to look at it everything at a broader perspective.
In terms of what works nationally and then what w does work more locally as we get into those levels.
So um I think, you know, as I came in working uh underneath both Ralph at the time and Jason, uh you know, just it's institutional knowledge and uh all that they were able to pass down to me was was super helpful.
Um and then, you know, the year stint that I had of working as the ECNL regionally commissioner really getting down to the understanding
of you know what works in each relative market and having to make those decisions in terms of what's best suited for those clubs, those players.
Um because you know what works in Idaho doesn't work in South Cal Cal Southern California and Texas and vice versa.
So it definitely gives you a broader perspective.
It definitely magnifies the overall challenge we have in the country and that there every market is so different.
And that's
And there's so many of them.
Um and you know, e even when you talk about weather, you know, uh you know, you both being uh uh midwest formerly and in now in Ohio, you know, and myself in New Jersey, like you can't train outdoors basically December through March.
Right.
Whereas here, you know, you're training year round, Southern California training year round.
So there's challenges.
Correct, correct.
You know, different You can't different mentality.
Okay.
Um but I think, you know, working my way through and get and to where I am today gave me a lot of perspective um, you know, and and a lot of understanding that of the challenges and so where I sit today, being able to look more broadly and when you have those conversations, you know, understand that, you know, when you talk to directors, it is gonna be a different conversation, it's gonna be a different discussion and probably a just different solution based on where they are.

Um and you really only gain that just by having the experience of, you know, walking through those scenarios and I've had excellent support staff and and everybody in in this organization along the way.
