And you were selling off the accounts where you're essentially one organization.
What was your biggest growth year from a percentage standpoint?
Yeah.
I mean, what I'm hearing was a consistent focus on culture and training.
Right.
And especially in industries that aren't necessarily sexy by design, right?
Like, you know, you have all these Silicon Valley companies, right?
Facebook and all these guys that, I mean, they're flush with cash because they're selling information, right?
There's not a lot of cost of goods sold involved in these type of programs.
And so because of it, they're investing into all these, the cool hype and the cool nerd stuff, right?
But that can also be applied in the blue collar space.
And yeah, I mean, and I believe that and I've always, I've always shared that with our audiences.
Like, look, you've got to be, do something that's completely different.
And it's kind of the Jesse Cole approach.
