Like, you know, the record is the record, and I think any time you listen to players talking about his way of communicating, motivating, having a team ready to play, he's had some bumps in the road, but he's also like our age, dude. Like... Not to say McVay's not young, but I think he can grow. And he's grown even in this year alone, I think. And hiring Vic Fangio... was fantastic.
