Then there's the wider thing, Adam, with with Nigel Farage, and there's an overlap here between that argument about the sort of complainants society and then the sort of the tone of reform and the tone of Nigel Farage, because there was a critique over the summer from matched

Tim Montgomery, the um conservative home founder who defected to reform a few years ago, suggesting that that there was too much of an aggrieved tone from Nigel Farage. matched

And I put that to him. matched

And you know, he acknowledged he had been authentically angry about what he felt as the uh the encroachment on his family, um, and uh felt that was that was un that was unfair. matched

But did acknowledge um tacitly that being more matched

more public, uh the the more public Nigel Farage being the Nigel Farage uh that is that is less aggrieved and less angry might be politically savvy. matched

So I uh you know, I wouldn't do it the extent to which there is a sense that that tone changes in the uh in the autumn. matched

More in common, the the um uh research group, Luke Triller, uh friend of Newscast, they did some focus groups in Clacton over the summer and uh which suggested that some reform curious voters were perhaps put off by all this sort of money stuff and and all the rest of it. matched

Uh and but the kind of core vote did buy the argument. matched

the broad argument from reform that this is, you know, classic example of uh as they would see it, the sort of establishment out to get them. matched

So th there's a there's an interesting kind of cephological question about the extent to which that kind of public tactic in terms of your campaigning from a reform perspective might limit the scope of your support. matched

Have things got a bit tougher with a new Prime Minister for reform? matched

Granted it's early days for the new Prime Minister, but he he's a different child, different proposition. matched
