Or you ask someone to do some of your work. matched

Let's imagine you're working on a project and suddenly things become very busy and there's too much for you to do. matched

Your boss decides that another member of your team will help you on the project and asks you to delegate some tasks to them. matched

Where do you start? matched

I think that's the really important one actually. matched

How easy is it to explain because as as you said earlier, there are some things that actually can take longer to explain than to do. matched

So there's probably I don't know how much time you save by delegating those, but other things are just really easy or people don't need a lot of background. matched

Some tasks maybe you need to know a lot of what is going on before it makes sense, whereas other tasks are quite easy to okay. matched

It's just this, it's quite independent. matched
