Because the biggest reason you hired Glenn Gullitson, among many, is he was one of the people that helped play a part in your democracy.
And now you've brought him in with the understanding that he can maybe see and do things that the last two years the Stars have struggled to adapt to that would undergo it.
So then his staff, they have those missing pieces in place.
So that appears to be the answer with the Stars.

Because you think back to the way the Western Conference final was, there were times when the Edmonton Oilers, no matter what sort of combinations you threw at them, there were counters upon counters upon counters.
