I think it'll be awesome.
He's a great guy.
He's well respected and loved in that city.
I wish the timetable had been his return to the big leagues a month ago, so maybe they could have traded him to some team that needed a starting pitcher.
But nobody's gonna pull the trigger on a guy they haven't seen come back from Tommy John surgery at the major league level.

The other six positions in the batting order, those are fringe major leaguers at best.
