So โ
Possibly the biggest discussion point has been the amount of people in the primaries that have Republican primary voting history who are voting in the Democrat primary.
And the Democrats are touting this as a victory because they're saying that they're flipping all these people who have voted Republican in the past.
What it looks like is more likely happening is that there are people who are Democrats who vote Democrat in November every time, who have historically voted in Republican primaries, particularly in heavily Republican districts.
And they โ because there is a competitive primary for the U.S.
Senate for the Democrats โ
They are actually voting in their own party now.
And so I think that could actually be very good for the more conservative candidates.
Hang on.
That's exactly right.
And essentially what's going to happen is that's going to make the Republican primary vote more conservative.
And I think that that's great for the grassroots.
That's great for us being able to achieve things so long as we are then able to turn out in November and win those seats with an ultimately more conservative candidate.
And
In addition to that, what is very important for people to realize is that even though it's an open primary, if you vote in one primary, you can't vote in the runoff of another primary.
And so all of these Democrats who normally vote in Republican primaries, they will be locked out of a runoff for U.S.
Senate and other races after they vote in the Democratic primary.
It certainly could.
Well, you know, I don't know if it's going to reach the level of a presidential election, but they are certainly extremely motivated.
And you saw this with all of the response to ICE and Border Patrol in Minneapolis.
