It begins in trying to make sure that we have that, you know,

The activists within the Republican Party make this a priority at the state convention, and then that we have all of these stakeholders that are working on this issue, talking to each other, working with lawmakers, and then starting to develop policy that can be implemented.

I submitted very early in the process for the state legislature, get a low bill number.

So it's referred to committee early and then hopefully get the governor to designate this an emergency priority so that this legislation can be passed at the beginning of the session and not allow the left to run out the clock like they have in the past.
