when Philly played the Celtics and they were trying to go back to back, Philly was up three games to one that year.
And in game seven in Philadelphia, Wilt did not take any shots essentially in the second half because he was in foul trouble.
And he didn't want to get called for an offensive foul.
He never fouled out of a game.
And he never wanted to be in a situation where he fouled out of the game.
So he got very passive and Boston beat him in game seven when they were down 3-1 in that series.
Remember, the Celtics have lost to the Sixers.
I'm not telling you anything you don't know.
They lost to the Sixers in 66-67.
And then in 67-68, Philly's up 3-1.
Right.
And Wilt goes quiet at the end of game seven against Russell.
Doesn't want to shoot the ball.
So I think that Wilt has got a little bit of that aspect to him where in a big moment, life on the line, you get a little nervous.
Um, you know, he helped himself last year.
He helped himself last year in that Toronto game.
I know when he was down, he helped himself.
