I don't even think it was on his radar until that conversation happened.
And I told him, I was like, yeah, I feel like I want to keep playing baseball.

It just doesn't feel weird for me to be done after this year.
Like, I just kind of want to keep playing.
But if I keep playing, I want it to be here.
And so, you know, we have a conversation about it.
And I just say, hey, listen, I'll call BB, who's my agent.
Yeah, sure.
I said, I'll call BB.
I'll have him reach out to you.
And then, you know, you guys can talk about it.
We'll figure something out.
Because obviously, you know, I'm not in a position to sign a three-year contract right now or, you know, five-year or whatever.
Yeah, well, it typically doesn't work like that.
