I had a friend of mine
He lost his voice, singing, so he couldn't, the doctor said he can't talk for a week, just to heal the voice, the vocal cords.
But he hung out with other people, with friends, and didn't talk to them.
He just hung out, and he said it was really intimate.
They both didn't talk to each other,
They just sat there and enjoyed time together.
I don't know.
It's a wake-up call.
It's a thing to try, maybe, with people in your life.
Just hang out and don't say anything.
As an experiment, don't say anything the entire day.
We're trying.

I haven't tried it myself.
It's kind of like a silent retreat, but more active as part of regular everyday life.
And you want, so what's the role of exhaustion in negotiation?
Is that ultimately what?
So exhaustion can't be a component of finding resolution in a negotiation.
So the goal is always positive emotion, as you talk about.
