She he argued that all of these guys were given sentences that were more severe than the guidelines suggested.
And so I kind of came around at that point and she said, look, a tie goes to the president.
So she lost that argument.
But the truth is, if you go and you look at the court records and we report this in Vanity Fair,
It's not true that so many of these rioters who were pardoned by Trump actually had sentences that were lighter than the guidelines.
