Now, like I just started yesterday, I've seen these barriers happen over and over again.

And I have had opportunities from working on three different campuses in my career and heading to non-public agencies, non-public schools, and many other programs that are within my area of work to give me some knowledge and insight about some things that could potentially present themselves as barriers and how we can put on our work.

As with anything, I think that the most important thing is to come into the situation understanding that not everybody else has that information that you do.
