I well one thing that's been beneficial I suppose from not playing loads of golf over the last few years is I've worked constantly on like my like you say my back struggles and yeah I'm I'm seeing benefits of that so one thing you learn over the years is you learn your own body don't you and you manage your own body and so I've got a strong routine on that and yeah touch wood injury wise I've managed pretty well over the last few years all right I've not played as much golf but

I feel pretty confident in my body now.

I think it's everyone's goal on the Challenge Tour.

Yeah, but I'm very aware of players have won an event and not got off it.
