I felt like I was in a complete mess, technically.
I didn't know my golf swing.
I was almost like an obedient soldier.
If a coach told me to do this, I would do it.
Instead of your intuition and your golf swing, I suppose, the athletic version of your own swing.
But then...
from the difficulties technically and what i saw the ball doing as we know like that leads to pretty severe mental struggles really and then it snowballs because as golfers do the secrets in the dirt work harder keep hitting it keep practicing keep doing this drill and it just sort of went round in circles
No, I mean, me and my wife stopped, basically stopped looking at it during around COVID time.

I don't, um, I'm quite quiet and I don't really like doing that sort of thing.
It's just not wise.
I think, yeah, anxiety is like a bubble that you can't escape, I think.
