Um, they don't necessarily think, or that's why I like to tell that story about blood work in general is, um, it's usually much more severe when it's showing up, usually when it shows up in blood work, because people will say instantly, like, oh, I had my thyroid checked and it's fine.
I'm like, no problem.
Would you like to support it before it goes out of balance?

It's Goldilocks.
Pretty much everything is Goldilocks.
Not too high, not too low.
There's a certain place things should be.
Um, but anyway, the point is, is that the thyroid is not going to be happy if the adrenals aren't happy because cortisol is essential.
It is absolutely essential.
Like you don't have any, you die.
