And especially at night, so at night, there are fewer camera operators.
By the way, at night, you get all these shots of us looking illuminated.
What they do is they set up like in the tree line, you can tell that night's gonna come soon, because some camera operator goes into the tree line and sets up like a big like sort of stadium light system of infrared lights that they blast at camp.
So that way that you can get like nighttime footage of us at camp.
And so there are fewer people at night, but there are camera operators always there.
And so if I wanted, I remember I went to go search for idols at night.
So I would tell the camera operator, I'm going to go off in that distance.
And they, you know, I'm going to go over by there.
I'll be there in about five minutes.
And they will meet you there in the middle of the night.
And there's like no light beside the moonlight.
So you got to hope you're searching during the full moon.
So it's incredible what they do.
Well, I can tell you how it felt.
I gotta say, this most recent season, which was 26 days, I felt it much more because there was no food.
There was no food this time.
They gave us rice on our first season.
And granted, I'm like seven years older in between the two from my early 30s to the end of my 30s.
So I imagine that part of it is just like I'm older and the tenure track has sapped a lot of the energy out of me.
