And I want to put a specific on this because the example that was provided that is used here when we talk about the EPPP within England is if you're at a Cat 1 Academy.
So this is the top level academy.

A player at a Cat 1 Academy from age 12 who leaves at age 15 could generate around 160,000 pounds of domestic compensation.

So I want to pause that because...
We talk about that sort of solidarity.
Solidarity is the word that is used by the FIFA mechanisms, which I think is a great word.
The pro clubs agreeing to compensate like this also shows solidarity, especially when that compensation goes down.
Not just for the pro club, but it goes down to the other leagues and youth clubs.
I'm going to pause on that because we say, okay, they have all this domestic stuff in other countries.
