But I think having agreed upon sort of protocols that say, hey, these are the fees that are set by collective agreement.
from the pros and maybe to protect from legal challenge, even with collective bargaining with the MLS player association or the USL player association, where they acknowledge that it is good for the game for investment to be given back to the youth.
Therefore we use, cause I said earlier, collective bargaining can protect for some of the, from some of the antitrust.
So I think you could look to that to, to, to further, um,
protect it from legal challenge.
And then you add some kickers.
So it's one thing to sign a contract.
As we know, it's another thing to actually start to appear.
So you add a kicker for the first regular season appearance.
You add a kicker maybe when you hit a couple of milestones.
So when that player appears once, there's a small addition.
When that player appears 10 times, there's another addition.
When they appear 40 times, there's another.
So you can count that.
But the point is...
the more productive that player is as a pro, the more there probably should be kickback.
Maybe there's another kicker for a national team cap, right?
And then further kickers on transfers before the age of 23.
And the last thing I'll say on this is if we really wanted to make this in solidarity,
instead of having this money come from the individual club who signed the player for the first time and the individual club who maybe transferred the player, you could create some sort of central development fund.
