Everybody kicks into it.
Every pro club kicks in a certain amount of money every year to the Central Development Fund.
The Federation kicks in some money to the Development Fund.
So when these players are signed, it is the Development Fund that pays back.
So it becomes a regular stream of revenue that is a normal budget line, and it grows this fund.
Now, why are we talking about this so much?
Well, if we do all those things,
What we will have started to do is create a mechanism that has given money back that doesn't exist today.
And a mechanism that goes all the way back to the clubs, and to your point, could be starting at U10, U11, U12, whatever it may be.
In the beginning, it's probably a trickle.
But let's go back to our endowment.
If you get $100,000 here and that endows $5,000 a year in scholarships, and then another club gets that and another club, and then some philanthropic people want to invest in it and donate to it.
you start to build up more and more revenue that can be used to change the incentives that you've talked about, but that also open access by reducing cost.
And you're doing it in a way, especially if you did it with some sort of development fund, that everybody's sharing and that everybody in the program is sharing in that expense every year.
So I think that also probably helps with some legal challenges.
