Look, let's look at NATO now and the summit that was there earlier this week.
There were a few points of frustration from Trump there.
He sort of came in quite angrily.
He was annoyed about contributions to Iran.
He was annoyed at Spain.
He was annoyed about Greenland again.
But the alliance seems to be in a, I don't know about stable position, but the summit seemed to get on by without a massive blow-up.

Europeans would say to that, and there were reports in the news this week of senior European military leaders saying that Trump's rhetoric is wearing a bit thin because they are spending more on defense.
Most of the European allies, I think, are now on the way to hitting that 3.5% target and that they are doing more.
