at running yeah they're so good at running but that's like they say like you are supposed to run like that's like ideal running form like what the people those people would do yeah so it's like very like small steps like that's what i do doing this yeah so people when they're like super fast like you and bouncing up and down a lot when they're running i'm sitting there judging going they are expending way too much energy you know what i could do this for 25 miles
