Like that's it's really fascinating.

Like grief connects you on like the next layer of like humanity.

And uh so I don't wish that on anyone to know grief that that well.

But those people that could handle me and hold space for me were the ones I stayed very connected to and and stayed sober because I stayed seen just by them.

Don't want to make you guys cry, but I do think it's important to say, um so when I got home from the hospital after losing Rosie.

I had this is very AA of me too.

I consulted so many people when I was in the hospital about what I should say to Carmela.

Like I have learned to ask for help through sobriety that I that it's my first go to.

Like I so I was like, as soon as this happened.

I was dealing with physically the worst experience of my life, but I in my mind was like, What am I gonna say to Carmela?

And so my husband, Paul and I, we we sat there for like two days in the hospital, um, writing a script basically what we were gonna say to her because she thought we were gonna come home with the baby.

Oh my god.

So we had it all planned out and I uh shout out to Dr.

Becky Kennedy who helped me write the script.
