I I I also think that because I was sober nine years, I knew that drugs and alcohol would be one more problem instead of solving any of it.

And I was like, I know that I'm gonna have to feel these feelings.

So I drove I dove right into EMDR.

I dove right into uh so much somatic healing, so much uh grief trauma

work because I was like at one point I was also sober enough to know like I have to do work.

Yeah like there's no way I'm gonna wake up and just be better.

And then I also got progressively worse.

So as soon as I started taking an SSRI
