I was basically kicked out of the army.

I was basically on the fat girl list.

I've struggled with obesity.

I know what it's like.

And I know what it's like to try everything and not get the results that you wanted.

And so when you finally have something that works, you want to tell the whole world about it.

Well, my name is Christine O'Hearn.

I am a nurse practitioner from Iowa.

I am the mother of seven.

And then I have two stepdaughters and four step-grandchildren.
