What led Christine O'Hearn to her turning point in the military?

Christine O'Hearn 0:00
I was basically kicked out of the army. I was basically on the fat girl list. I've struggled with obesity. I know what it's like. And I know what it's like to try everything and not get the results that you wanted. And so when you finally have something that works, you want to tell the whole world about it. Christine O'Hearn is a wellness expert, nurse practitioner, and the founder of Innovate My Weight and Wellness. Drawing from her military service, personal health journey, and clinical expertise, she empowers women to achieve sustainable weight loss, restore their health, and build lasting confidence through personalized care and evidence-based wellness strategies. I was born to do this. There's no greater joy than being able to help someone else and help see the smile on their face.

I really feel like when you are called to do something, you're going to do it. You will do it. You might face a few obstacles, but you know what? That's just going to make you stronger.
It spans the globe like a super high pole internet. Elvis Redmayne. Today, Apple is going to reinvent the phone. It's not over until I win. The Living Your Legacy podcast.

How did Christine's military experience shape her approach to health and wellness?

For those who live to leave a legacy. That's extraordinary. The impossible. Oh, that is sensational. Open. Chicago with the lead. Usain Bolt is the fastest man on the planet. You can live.

Ray Gutierrez 2:18
Oh my God, I have to introduce you to Rudy Moore's wife, Amanda Moore. She is a beauty pageant coach. She's literally Miss England and she happens to be from Tampa, Florida. But it doesn't matter. It still works. Yes, exactly. Exactly. Synergy. Yes. Talk about wearing your pink proudly being an operation CEO. And what was that experience like for you?

So how does it feel knowing that you're among your pride, your crew, fellow entrepreneurs that are here helping you build something amazing?
Christine O'Hearn 3:35
I feel very special that I get this opportunity, especially as a veteran and also as an entrepreneur and just being able to take my business to another level. I'm super excited about that.
Ray Gutierrez 3:51
That's amazing. Let's talk about where your journey begins. Were you a nurse first, an entrepreneur first, or were you just you first?
Christine O'Hearn 3:58
Well, so my journey began a while ago. I was actually in the military first and then got out, had a bunch of kids and then went back to school when I was 40 to become a nurse. And yeah, and then became a nurse practitioner about six, seven years later, then went back into the military. And then after that, got out and started my business. So anyway, so yeah. Yeah. And just, I have worked in very, I've also, um, have worked in like, I work with a lot of veterans, um, and also do, um, uh, ER provider, uh, medical provider.
