Absolutely.
I had clients, they just did Japan.
So they did Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima.
And in transit, there was a hiccup with their flights and they ended up getting on the flight, thankfully.
But the delay of their flight for seven hours was an issue.
And the transfer company reached out, said to my supplier that because they were coming,
after 10 p.m at night they were no longer going to be picking them up so i was up until 2 a.m emailing my supplier and advocating for my clients and saying they will now be traveling for 30 hours they're going to land in tokyo
They don't speak the language.
It's probably one of the last flights coming in.
They've paid for this transfer.
I need you to advocate for my clients.
And they did.
Nice.
And so I was able to communicate to them as they were landing, your transfer is waiting for you to take you to your hotel, downtown Tokyo.
And it makes a difference.
Because they didn't know.
