Um, some of the other things that, that I'll hear about is, is Costco, you know, Costco travel.

Great.

I love Costco too.

Um, but if something goes wrong, you're, you can try to call Costco, but nobody is going to be navigating those issues for you.

Um, and,

I think ChatGTP is a great resource for things.

I use it, right, for my own personal life.

But I think that people sometimes, I've actually seen this, they put it into ChatGTP and it's not real.

and they think that they're going to someplace to see something and it doesn't exist.

And so we've all become very comfortable kind of relying on technology when sometimes it's actually knowing, yeah, but how do I get to that ferry, right?

Well, yeah, that's great that you can do that, but it's not gonna, you know, you can take Google Maps to there, but there's no ferry at 1 a.m.

So having that intuitive, on the ground,

information is what can make or break a trip.

And you had touched on something that I just want to segue on is not costing anything for clients to work with a travel advisor.

And that depends on the travel advisor that you're working with.

So some travel advisors are happy to do quotes as part of their business for anyone that might send them an email or a private message.

But there are more travel advisors over the last 10 years that it is a service that we are getting hired for to provide this level of experience and skill when we're doing trip design.

So when clients reach out to me, I do let them know that I have a non-refundable service

concierge care and planning fee and it goes in increments, kind of depends on the level of the trip that we're designing.

If I have a bride and groom that are reaching out and they do want a luxury experience,
