Have had many conversations with all of our children.
Expressing to them the importance of understanding.
When you're when you make an adult decision.
You know, there are potential consequences that come with that.
Specifically our kids who play sports.
We would tell them
You are your own brand.
Your body is your brand.
You have to take care of.
You need to watch what you're eating, watch what you're drinking.
You you have to take care of yourself, staying away from alcohol, staying away from drugs.
You know, that is not something we ever allowed our children to do.
That never.
