way that specific cases are going to be interpreted uh in France uh vis-à-vis the law.

that's sort of an uh an evolving legal space.

Uh and so I I would have to say these two laws sort of are p uh pendant to each other and see how the market really reacts uh in in terms of, you know.

uh properly implementing HREDD um and it being mandatory now.

Of course, now with um the EU's uh CS Triple D will have a more unifying playing field so that we'll have these jurisdictional differences than um actually level leveling uh coming up in the in the coming years.

Uh so of course then we won't have the comparative legal

uh analysis uh quite in the same way, but I think we can learn from these um due diligence laws uh and uh and come up with yeah better e even better legislation.

Well, I I think we were we were touching upon it, you know, uh if this typology uh uh would uh uh be accepted uh more widely uh as as as being sort of practices being the lay of the land, uh then one could think about um

applying that methodology also to other due diligence laws.

uh and and of course going forward to the um EU CSD.

Uh so that that would be sort of interesting to see how performance would evolve over time, also longitudinally.

Uh and and and and also your ability to

tease out leading practice, uh uh good practice, I think will allow enable a lot of peer-to-peer learning.

Uh and so to the extent that we can champion or um

At least uh profile.

uh these leading practices.

I think will be will be it's very helpful for companies to yeah to again peer over the fence and see see what their competition is doing or or see what the innovation is in the space.

Uh so that that is a a a major motivator.

Uh and of course, yeah, we're looking at uh the Swiss law, um maybe doing uh the the there's also a Norwegian due diligence law and uh potential.
