We'd had no time, no years to be able to nurture an audience that would come back and come back because of that first year was so great.
Uh and I think I think it was just um
It was too much for the audience.
Uh the the growth was not organic.
It was forced.
And that happened both in Edmonton, in this open ended back, then in Vancouver in eighty three, uh, when uh we moved here, um they had a closed tent.
um uh and and did these Shakespeare plays and uh very successful first year.

various things for the second year, much like Edmonton.
It uh it just we just couldn't make it.
Um and all I did really was to conceive that
