We've got English Bay, the mountains, uh
The park beyond, the sun going down.
And that has become, I think,
the stamp of Bard and part of the experience of coming to see a play here, the feeling of coming to have to meet your friends, to have a drink.
uh tea, coffee, wine, beer, hang out, have a picnic, uh, an hour or more before the show, then go in and see the show and then enjoy that and watch that outside.
Uh this uh sailing sh sh boats going by, whatever is out there, kites and then it becomes dark.
And then you're inside the play and it's beautiful.
And that's really uh what I learned.
That's what I brought, and we've been able to sustain that all these years.
I believe it is.
