Like it's so easy to make assumptions um and and not like pressure test those in the real world.
Um and I I think this is like this is one example of like of shifting the the perceptions internally.
Um and just a reminder of how important it is to get that outside perspective from regular people.

something interesting like with token usage, like probably in aggregate, if there are more tokens being used, it's probably indicative of like value.

at the user level, like like not all tokens are created equal.
Be a given response uses the same number of tokens, but like to what the point that Wendy was making about like anticipating and going above and beyond in these like very qualitative things.
I I don't know whether it uses more or less tokens, but you just can't tell by looking at tokens.
Like there's like no way to know.
And like what Chuck was saying, like having the users tell us what they like better is a like a peek behind the curtains or whatever of of the tokens that are being used.

Go one layer deeper at least and look at the the nature of the tokens and like are the tokens actually helpful for the users who are using them?
not always the case that just more tokens equals better.
It might be, for example, users might be spending more tokens because they're asking more questions because they didn't get a good response in the first place.
Um, I think we saw that with uh with some of our early investigations.
So you should definitely track token usage, but I think you should like dig beyond that.

I feel like I'd be like, Well, okay, so you're just using L L Ms to judge the pro the quality of your product.
So do you want your product to just be like average?
