We don't really have a zero-touch model.
There's no self-serve, 100% inbound without any sales or CS touching them before they're onboarded.
But there's a range of interaction pre-sale.
So someone might come on board from a lead to an onboarding in...
two weeks, and it might take someone else six months.
Six months is a little long.
