And in HW, what they did was they they made a further lump sum order to the husband effectively to compensate him for the waste done to his assets deliberately by the wife in those circumstances.

Certainly not going to be run of the mill, but it is something that you might want in an appropriate case where it appears that where something was to be transferred, and it appears that in the interim it has been damaged in some way by the actions of the judgment debtor that you can rely on thwaite.
It obviously is not a backdoor barter, and it's certainly not going to be of any use to you simply because the assets are gunned on and
Value because of market forces.
It's not to remedy that situation, it's to deal with something far more deliberate on the part of the other party.
