You want to develop this player, regardless of who drafted him, who has coached him.
You've got this player now.
And as far as the staff is concerned, but the player himself, it's up to him and the staff to do their very best for him to hit that point where he can become an everyday NBA rotational player.
And so I understand where you're coming from.
It's valid.
I get it.
And a lot of people probably would go that direction.
But the people I've spoken with say, listen, this is the player.
He's on a roster.
We are treating him like we drafted him.
And that's really the way it should be.
I mean, it's that way in any office, you know, as far as just in business.
