It may have been, like, several weeks ago.

Where Lou had the report that Giannis' people had approached the Bulls about a possible trade.

It had since been refuted, at least by Arturis Karnaschovas, that we understand.

However...

We don't necessarily know who was approached at the Bulls either.

We know the front office made sure to clarify.

But I wonder if there was maybe something else going on.

Like, were there other discussions like this between Giannis' camp and others in the league?

This is like the worst kept secret.

We all knew that at some point this had to be done.

Giannis had talked about it in the offseason prior to this about discussing wanting to play for a big market team.

The Dame-Lillard trade didn't work out.
