he said afterwards he was on course for a PB he wasn't on course for his his number one target but he was still going to break his own PB then sees a guy struggling badly when I say struggling he couldn't kept trying to get up use his legs they weren't functioning anymore fell back down in pain and this begs guy from from down I didn't even Murph I'm only it's all about downs I didn't even figure yeah you got there in the end he helped and with the help of another runner got this guy over the line

Now, actually, I'm not sure your finishing time counts, you know, if you're going for the elite prizes, if you're helped over the line.

So even that, now I've got a problem with that.

But that was a great act of sports.

The good stuff happens a little further back away from the super shoes.

So you should have been disqualified.

Well, he probably would have been if it was a race.

I suppose he was in the race.

That would be so hard.

I'm all for helping somebody if they're in that amount of pain.

Only someone had done that to me in Edinburgh all those years ago.

Owen, if you're mentioning the Boston Marathon, I'm sorry, I have to mention my neighbour, John Connolly, who ran the Boston Marathon last week because his son Beckett had a terrible time over the course of the last year.
