And I'd say for me, there's been a handful of occasions through my career.
Oh yeah.
Other ones, you're just, you're working hard.
The zone is like something that I'd say many sports people would say, I can pinpoint certain ones where you were like, something just came together and it didn't hurt.
And it was just, you were like, I can just keep going and keep going.
Because there's many a race where I was like, that was a bloody battle physically and mentally out there.
And other ones you're like, I could have ran for days.
Yeah.
Yeah, I think so.
I think so.
I think, look, it's like anything.
It's who you're socialising with.
So I spent a lot of time in my university years around fellow athletes and I studied physiotherapy.
So there's a lot of sports people actually end up in physiotherapy.
But yeah, I suppose we kind of do.
It's probably an aspect of that's who we're around so much of the time, you know, the people that you tend to meet.
But for me, it was also socialising.
Like I was with somebody who understood me completely with regards to my sport.
So absolutely love Tommy as a person, but having him there as a partner throughout my entire career, somebody who never minded whenever I had to make the selfish decisions that meant that I could pursue my career in athletics.
And probably even more so like at times Tommy was telling me, you need to be more selfish and you need to do this.
