The first layer is, I think the UK find it very, very taboo, still very stiff upper lip about it.

But then in terms of women, now, I wrote a sub-psych article on this, but up until 1975, women couldn't get a credit card, they couldn't get a loan without their kind of husband or father's signature, even if they were earning more money than them, which is pretty crazy.

And if you think about that date, that was 51 years ago.

And so I sometimes think that we're a bit harsh on ourselves.

Women just haven't been involved in this conversation for a long time.

Like my mum was born in the 1960s.

When she was born, women weren't able to have any financial agency whatsoever.

So I think the first start is that we don't necessarily have the role models for that because we as a generation are probably one of the first like financially agentic women.

So it's pretty historical that we've not had that kind of ability to...

To learn about finance.

So close, like so unbelievably close to where we are now.

So I think that's kind of where it starts.

And similarly to what you just said there, I think I actually had a very similar experience that growing up.

I went to an all girls school and so it was just like girls did everything.

Girls can do everything and we do do everything.

I love it.

And it's kind of like it is fun and lighthearted until it's not.

Like, it's really funny to do those things.

And I used to say all the time, like, I'm just a girl.

I used to joke about it with my friends.
