Huge, huge.
And then,
Andrew Zimmern did a show and he wasn't in but a good voice over and he actually explains how to make my coddle which I thought was pretty cool and then there's a few other people have come along like obviously Marco which was amazing and Jean-Georges from those places to George what is it called the Leinster yeah he's a nice guy he came in I gave him like a mug of coddle and he was like oh I mean
do an old French thing to it it's just pork you know but it was good nice yeah so it's kind of picked up but we do other stuff you know yeah and you definitely do yeah we do an Irish spring roll oh yeah so I have a great colleague of mine from the Philippines with me now 16 years for April Fools we said we'll do an Irish spring roll bacon cabbage and potato in a spring roll yum and it flies so what's the dipping sauce cider whiskey and mustard and then we have a kind of a sweet and sour thing as well with it
That's great.
And it's a bit of fun, but it's stuck on the menu.
No, I've done that as well.
Yeah, that's the, you know, like the crispy pancakes you got as kids?
Finder's crispy pancakes.
Yeah, but we're coddling it instead.
But it's really labor intensive, so I don't really do it often.
Yeah.
that's just a pancake and then you pan it yeah but you gotta get the coddle into the pancake yeah coddle doesn't go in voluntary it's not like it's not like a farce or something it has to be a bit liquid so yeah yeah it's tricky yeah it's a lot of freezing involved I was gonna say how do you get it you probably have to have chop it up and freeze it yeah oh okay and then you make it in and then you make the very careful when you're eating it oh yeah you gotta dip it frozen yeah yeah smart yeah that's a fun one as well but yeah
Yeah, well, it's flying.
Like, we're lovely customers, we're a lovely customer base, local, and people visiting, it's a special place.
So the drink side of it is, we're very, very lucky.
The food side of it, it's fun, you know, it's hard, it's busy.
No, there's me, there's me, there's Emmylou, and there's two pot washers alternate, about six of us.
Wow.
Yeah, we don't, Sunday, Monday, we don't do, it's very controversial to do food on a Sunday.
