So, you're like 200 covers, 80 people coddle.
Really?
Wow.
Yeah, that's the highest I've ever gone is 80, 80 something.
Average is about 60.
Well, when I came home, I was pulling pints in the bar before we started doing the food.
And I was asking everybody there, food members, you know, what do you remember as a kid?
And they were all like, coddle, coddle, coddle.
And then somebody throw in tripe, stuffed heart, liver, kidneys, blah, blah, blah.
But I always came back to coddle.
And I ask everybody a recipe and there's not one recipe.
Yeah, yeah.
So I said, okay, if I'm one of the caverners back in 1833, what coddle am I making?
So I'm not going to a supermarket.
I'm not going to a trendy butcher's or anything like that.
I'm going down to the local butcher.
I'm probably getting a hock.
