We don't know what caused Noah's behavior the night he went missing.

We don't know where he went the night before, and we don't know what led him to that culvert and into that culvert.

So in that sense, has this provided any further answers to Fiona Donohoe?

Now, you talked about what the jury had been tasked to do.

It's an unusual thing that a jury is used in this kind of inquest, but fundamentally they had to fill out a questionnaire which had ten questions.

And not only there weren't tick boxes, they had to write a a sentence or two in response to this.

And again, from the beginning of this inquest until this morning, they were reminded of the simple fact that they could only base their decisions on what

What they heard in evidence in this inquest, but they did eventually come to a unanimous uh verdict after a juror had been dis dismissed on.

Well, there are some fundamental questions in in in those in terms of those facts, because again

They were only allowed to find what there was evidence for.

They could not speculate beyond that.

But one of the things that they were asked to determine and make a decision on was when Noah would have passed away.

And they ruled that Noah died between 7 p.m.

at midnight on the evening in the lower reaches of the Premier Drive stream, culvert between manholes four and five.

And that is fundamental because that means

that he may well have been have been deceased even before he was reported missing.

And if y because of that, then there was no chance that the PSNI could have possibly found him alive.

Now just back to the culvert a second, they were asked

In ter and in the terminology that the inquest use, if it was probable that the Department for Infrastructure's management of the culvert access more than minimally contributed to Noah's death, and the jury said no.

But they did, however, return findings, concluding that the department had erred in its management of the access.
